Quantity Surveyor (Steel Structure) – Singapore | S Pass
INTRODUCTION
Singapore S Pass quantity surveyor jobs 2025 தேடுகிறீர்களா? Steel structure projects-ல் QS அனுபவம் கொண்ட candidates க்கு premium வாய்ப்பு. Must need Singapore experience (local codes/process familiarity) என்பதால், previously worked in SG (or strong SG exposure) உள்ளவர்கள் முன்னுரிமை.
ROLE OVERVIEW / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• BOQ preparation, rate analysis, tender & variation claims—steel structure focus
• Sub-contractor billing, certification, and cost control dashboards maintain பண்ணுதல்
• Site measurements, progress valuation, reconciliation with drawings/IFC updates
• Procurement coordination (steel, fasteners, coatings) + vendor comparison sheets
• Contract administration, change orders, EOT/VO documentation
• Risk & cost reporting to Project Manager; client meetings & RFI/clarifications handle
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• B.E/B.Tech (Civil/Structural) அல்லது Diploma + 3–6 yrs QS (steel structure) experience
• Singapore experience mandatory—local measurement methods, BCA processes & safety culture புரிதல்
• AutoCAD, MS Excel (pivot/lookup), cost software (Candy/BuildSoft or similar) proficiency
• Communication: English (good),
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | OT: 1.5× | 6-day schedule as per site
• S Pass eligibility (MOM criteria) + medical/background clear
SALARY & BENEFITS
• Basic: SGD 2,000 – 2,500 (experience-அடிப்படையில்)
• Reference take-home (experienced): SGD 2,500 – 3,500 including OT/allowances
• Accommodation provided by employer; other benefits as per Singapore MOM guidelines
