KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Electricians: Wiring, installation & maintenance of building electrical systems
- Tiles & Marble Masons: Tile cutting, laying & grouting for floors & walls
- Shuttering Carpenters: Formwork erection, dismantling & alignment for concrete pours
- Steel Fixers: Reinforcement bar cutting, bending & tying per drawings
- Arc Welders: CS & SS welding for structural elements
- Insulators: Thermal insulation application on pipes & ductwork
- Master Drivers: Operate heavy vehicles (ND–3, 5 & 6 licenses) safely
- Heavy Equipment Operators: Shovel, JCB, Excavator, Mobile Crane & Tower Crane operations
- Plumbers & Block Masons: Pipe fitting, block laying & plastering tasks
- Ductmen & Helpers: HVAC duct installation & general site support
- Foreman (Civil/MEP): Supervise teams, coordinate with engineers & ensure quality
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Valid trade certifications or heavy-vehicle license as applicable
- Good communication skills & team-player attitude
