KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Leaders: Daily operations பிரிவுகள் supervise செய்தல் & target achieve பண்ணுதல்
- Forklift Operators: Safe material handling, loading/unloading pallets
- Pickers & Packers: Order picking, packing, labeling & quality checks
- Receivers: Incoming goods verification & stock reconciliation
- Dispatchers: Coordinate shipments, prepare dispatch documentation
- Cleaners & Labourers: Warehouse cleaning, general support & material movement
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10th pass (குறைந்தபட்சம் 10-ம் வகுப்பு தேர்ச்சி)
- 3+ years’ experience in warehouse/logistics roles
- Forklift license for operator positions
- Ability to work 9 hrs + OT shifts
