KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (role-wise snapshot)
• Electrical (HV/LV & Sub-station): switchgear/DB/relay checks, cable tray/termination, permit-to-work & LOTO compliance, PPM & breakdowns.
• Instrumentation: loop checking, calibration (pressure/temp/flow), hook-up, marshaling cabinet work, DCS/PLC interface support.
• Rigging/Scaffolding: lift plans, rigging studies, APL approvals, safe erection/dismantling, third-party inspections & tagging.
• Planning/Engineers: lookahead schedules, progress S-curve, MTO/BOQ, resource histograms, client reporting.
ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
• ITI/Diploma/Degree (Electrical/Instrumentation/Civil/Mechanical) or equivalent
• Experience: 2–7 yrs in oil & gas/MEP/industrial projects (GCC preferred)
• Ability to read drawings, complete job cards, ensure HSE compliance
• Duty: 8 hrs/day + OT; shift/rotation readiness
• Passport valid; medically fit; basic English communication (Tamil/Hindi advantage)
