- Responsibilities: Paint various civil structures including buildings and interiors.

- Responsibilities: Perform electrical maintenance and repair tasks on low and high voltage systems.
- Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background. Minimum 4 years of experience in low and high voltage electrical work.
- Technician – HVAC (15 Years Experience)
- Responsibilities: Maintain and repair chillers, DX systems, pumps, valves, and related HVAC equipment.
- Qualifications: Diploma in HVAC Engineering or equivalent technical background. Minimum 5 years of experience in maintaining chillers, DX systems, pumps, valves, and other HVAC equipment.
- Technician – Mechanical & Water Systems – Plumbing (15 Years Experience)
- Responsibilities: Perform plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent experience in plumbing. Proven experience working with PVC, UPVC, thermal pipes, GI copper, and copper soldering.
